I took my car in for warranty work. After I dropped it off, I was told I would either have to pay $260 for one thing, or 60 for diagnostic fee. Best experience I’ve had at any auto shop or tire store. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and got us taken care of in a timely manner. We were traveling from Augusta, GA to Stuart, FL and had a tire separation. They took care of us and even price matched since they didn’t have the tire we wanted in stock. Wish I could leave 10 stars!

Everyone was great! We had an unfortunate incident on the way to NC. We got a flat tire at 5:45am and this was the only place that opened at 7am. Upon arrival, service advisor Ralph was welcoming and polite. Tech Cory was nice and informative regarding the tire. It was a in and out kind of situation. Thankful for the hours of operation and the service provided.

Took the wife's car up to the Dunn Ave. location for a new set of tires. Very busy but vehicle done in a timely manner. Price was best quoted and came in a few dollars cheaper. Very happy with the tires and the ride. Kenny and the crew were very polite. Firestone Firehawk on a '23 Subaru Outback.

Great Customer Service & very detailed in explaining the service & what’s further needed. Ralph was very considerate & patient with me. & Calvin did a great job taking care of my vehicle. I can be high strung at times. It’s great working with people who know how to manage relations & provide service with a smile.
