Tires Plus

Kyle was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and suggested future maintenance to extend the life expectancy of my vehicle. Cole was very helpful in expediting payment and Logan was a breath of sunshine! I would recommend this location vs the one on my account for years (Tires Plus - University). I will be booking all of my future oil changes, etc. with this location. Thank you for amazing service 😀

I had a fantastic experience at Tires Plus thanks to the outstanding service from Manager Kyle. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain my options clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Kyle went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the customer and the quality of service. I highly recommend asking for Kyle if you want excellent customer service and peace of mind with your car care!

He was very knowledgeable, professional and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. It's rare to find someone who truly cards about their work and the customer's experience - Kyle is one of those people! Will definitely be bringing my Jeep back because of him!

I had a great experience at Tires Plus thanks to Kyle, the shop manager! From the moment I walked in, he was super helpful, honest, and made sure I understood exactly what my car needed. He went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free, and the team worked quickly without sacrificing quality. It’s rare to find customer service like this — I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Kyle if you want to be taken care of right!

Completely do not trust them with your car they make mistakes. Then they don't even tell you about it and don't want to be held accountable. I have called corporate and am just waiting for a call back on my case. I posted a video about my trouble with them and unfortunately can't post on here. I just feel for the people that they may not have the best knowledge of mechanics like I have and they keep them blind when they make mistakes on vehicles that we drive everyday. They stripped my inner tie rod and jammed it into the outer tie rod.
