I came in for a flat tire repair and was helped by Gilbert, who was incredibly respectful and professional throughout the entire visit. He made the process smooth and stress-free. I had stopped by the Tire Plus store the day before the service. The Service Manager told me to bring my car back the next day as he didn't have the tire I needed in stock. Brought my car in for an oil change and to get a couple tires patches. They said I needed an alignment which I decided to move forward with because I had a $20 off your next service of $100 or more.
