Lied to me about expensive repairs that they said I needed, even after I questioned them. They printed me out a quote for one repair that was over $1100.00. I’m an elderly lady and they were trying to charge me for unnecessary repairs. I took my vehicle to the Nissan dealership and they verified my suspicions. I actually had other issues with my car that needed to be addressed, Nissan will be doing it for me. I had done business with that store since 2012. I wouldn’t trust them with a bicycle, must less my vehicle. They got oil on my door handle, inside and out, and on my floor mat and my carpet. I came in for a flat tire repair and was helped by Gilbert, who was incredibly respectful and professional throughout the entire visit. He made the process smooth and stress-free. I was in and out in about 30 to 40 minutes, which was much faster than I expected. Great service and great attitude—thank you, Gilbert! Thank you, Tire Plus!!

I had stopped by the Tire Plus store the day before the service. The Service Manager told me to bring my car back the next day as he didn't have the tire I needed in stock. I called the next morning to confirm that the tire was there. When I arrived at the store, the guy at the counter was rude . I waited 2 hours for a tire change( I had picked up a screw in my tire). I was charged $41.00 for labor, parts, etc. What I couldn't figure out was what parts I was paying for. My tire was still under warranty. I understood the labor charge but not the charge for parts. I'm still paying for the tires on my Tire Plus card but after I pay it off I may go elsewhere for service on m…

Brought my car in for an oil change and to get a couple tires patches. They said I needed an alignment which I decided to move forward with because I had a $20 off your next service of $100 or more. The manager told me an alignment wasn’t a service so I couldn’t use my coupon? Secondly, they said there were no nails in the tires but we found 2 as soon as went to check the car… poor service and lazy.

Don’t come here for car maintenance. Spent 500 dollars on a new battery, oil change and filter. They tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires. I just bought new tires a week prior so that was a money grab. My car been making noises ever since. And look at the photo the oil and battery light is on even though I got an oil change, and new battery from them a few weeks ago. If y'all want to run business like this that’s cool, but I’m warning other people.
