Best Tire Plus experience I had out of the 6 years of being my go to vehicle maintenance. They were extremely helpful and efficient. Made sure I received what I was looking for without an excessive wait time.

I work with TireHub and went to Tire Plus to buy tires for my BMW. I specifically confirmed with the guy up front, Nick, that the tires I ordered would fit my car. He personally double-checked and confirmed they were the right ones. On top of that, he refused to accept debit or credit card and made me pay in cash, which was already a huge red flag. Turns out, he gave me the wrong size tires. Now I’m stuck with two brand new tires I can’t even use. When I went back to try to exchange or return them, they wouldn’t do anything for me. Love a good upsell! Won’t put 1 or 2 tires on my car because it’s all wheel drive and tried the “transfer case scare tactic” because a couple 32s of an inch is going to ruin my clutches in a matter of miles. (That’s a negative ghost rider) He also of course, didn’t know that I own a repair shop and dealership so I happen to know the “risk” in putting one new factory replacement tire on the vehicle. I just happen to be states away from it and just want to get home so the tactic didnt work. Had an oil change, tire rotation and balance. The rotation and the balance did not get done and I was charged for it. They said it was performed but the tires are in the same spots and the highway vibration was still happening. I took my car to another place to rotate and balance them. Car drives great now with no vibration after actually balance and rotating them. I called Tires plus and told them that the rotation and balance didn't happen and they said the tires didn't need rotated and the balance did happen.
