Tires Plus

I took my car in with a slow leak in a tire. 45 minutes later the tech comes to show me that my lug was cross threaded and they couldn’t get my tire off. I bought my car three months ago. There was nothing wrong with my lugs when I drove in. You cross threaded my lug and no one can get my tire off without replacing the rotor stud. I believe you owe me the repair. Worst tire shop

Johnathan is always helpful, honest and he looks out for the customers - not just me. I've heard him talk to other customers. That honesty is hard to find. He will tell you if you need something done and why as well as what will happen if you do not do it.

I went in the store on Mother’s Day with a donut on my car from a complete flat from the day before in a parking lot in Orange Park. I was a nervous wreck and scared of the cost being on SS only. Got a great deal on new 4 tires and a 3 year alignment service from them over a year ago, and they've been amazing! A recent promotion resulted in a free oil change I very much needed right when my oil hit the 0% mark and i was broke. My Betty is big girl. So that saying alot. They were a blessing. I will be coming from north to the west just continue to do business with them again soon. They've earned my business.

I’ll admit, there are times I’m lazy and don’t want to change my oil. So I come here lol, they have good prices and they’re relatively faster compared to dealerships. At my local dealership, It took them 4 hours just for an oil change. Here? Less than an hour plus tire repairs 💪🏽 John was nice and helpful! Edit : Unfortunately have to update my review as I noticed the technician who worked on my vehicle broke/lost of screws/clips that my bashplate was being held up by and ending up getting crushed after going over a speed bump.. they went the length to zip tie my bash plate even. Would’ve been okay if I was informed about this but I wasn’t told anything. 😀 2nd Edit : it baffles me on how t…
