I took my car in with a slow leak in a tire. 45 minutes later the tech comes to show me that my lug was cross threaded and they couldn’t get my tire off. I bought my car three months ago. There was nothing wrong with my lugs when I drove in. You cross threaded my lug and no one can get my tire off without replacing the rotor stud. I believe you owe me the repair. Worst tire shop

Johnathan is always helpful, honest and he looks out for the customers - not just me. I've heard him talk to other customers. That honesty is hard to find. He will tell you if you need something done and why as well as what will happen if you do not do it.
