Big Chief Tire

Great experience. First time visiting and it looks like this will be the first of many visits. My dually truck needed an alignment as well as new front tires. Most shops are not equipped to handle a dually. This shop easily got my truck taken care of quickly and efficiently. Smoothest ride that I have ever had in this truck. Well done!

Another fantastic experience with BC Tire yesterday! The front office team at the Normandy location is great! Super friendly and professional. Like many times in the past, I drove off thinking that I would only ever use BC for future work.

Good price for the tires, customer service and communication were amazing. It took longer than expected but they were busy and kept me up to date on the progress. I’ve been coming here with my dad since I was little and I still have the same faith that they will take care of any my cars needs.

I want to say, as a 25 yr loyal customer, I was once again floored by your outstanding customer service. I needed the tires and bearings on my 26’ RV checked out and topped off before leaving on a 2,000 mi vacation. I was asked to just pull up in front and someone would help me. I’m mad I can’t remember the gentleman’s name who helped me (July 14) but he was there when I arrived and expertly performed both services in less than 15 minutes…no charge!! He then played traffic cop and guided me out onto the street and I once again pulled off a VERY satisfied customer. No wonder I’ve been a Big Chief customer for 25 years.

First time visiting Big Chief Tire. Saw they had good reviews and good prices on the tires I was looking for online. Called for an estimate on 4 new tires and an alignment. They were able to complete the service the next morning. Pros: - Great customer service, the employees I talked to in person and over the phone were very helpful and polite. - Complimentary vehicle inspection with labeled video/pictures of the item they inspected. Included recommendations on servicing as well. - Timely service. I did not have an appointment, but I dropped my truck off shortly after they opened and they were finished by noon. Overall very solid customer experience and I don’t have anything negative to sa…
