I had a great experience at this location, staff were very friendly and helpful. I was having problems with my battery and a staff member named London helped me replace my battery (which was not the correct one for my car) to the correct one. I also had a problem with a staff member at another location and he made sure to report it to a higher up authority. London did a great job and I highly recommend this location!

I don't know anything about cars but I was in a jam. My headlight was out and I needed it replaced. I called first to make sure the location had the part and Luis answered the phone. He confirmed he had the part and I drove over. He pulled up the different options and suggested I replace both headlights so I did. I also told him about my lift support didn't work and he said that he had the part and they were easy to replace so I got that as well. Luis was just so helpful. And he was so kind and had a great attitude. That's so rare nowadays. I have a 2011 SUV so I'm sure I will be back to visit the store and Luis. Advanced Auto Parts should be thankful that they …
