Discount Tire

Great customer service. Always friendly and professional, and super helpful. Josten was awesome! Dropped off my golf cart tire that was flat and they fixed it right away

Donny at Discount Tire provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend working with Donny if you want a great experience! He mounted my 37s and balanced them with no shimmy in the wheel at all.

Excellent service! As a woman I’ve had other places try to take advantage of me in the past. Discount Tire, Beach Blvd, Jacksonville FL has given me professional service. Bishop waited on me and went over and above to be helpful! I will keep coming back!

This review pains me fully because I love Discount Tire! I ONLY BUY TIRES AND WHEELS FROM DISCOUNT TIRE! I rave about the integrity of the people that work there. I bought a set of wheels and tires, $2300. I asked them to put the old set of take offs in the bed of my truck. There should have been 24 lug nuts, I only got 17. I called and spoke to the manager, he said come in and we'll figure something out. I drove down there and the something was for ME to find lug nuts and Discount will reimburse me. Unacceptable. They messed up not me. Why do I have to fix their screw up. I never saw the manager, he was in his office on a "conference call". I'm absolutely dumbfounded. 20…

I am visiting Jacksonville Beach for my daughter's spring break and noticed my tire pressure get really low. I took my Nissan Rogue to discount tire yesterday and WOW the customer service was top notch. Jakob was extremely pleasant and very helpful. They were able to get me in and out super fast. This was the absolute best customer service I've experienced in awhile. Thanks so much.👌🏾
