Ms. Debbie was SUPER awesome and helpful! She walked me through and explained the whole adding oil and care for my 2000 Ford Expedition. I think she’s the best in the business!

I had the best experience with Debbie the store manager at this store. she went above and beyond to help me when my car battery died. She provided excellence customer service that was more than 5 stars! thank you so much for your help it was such a pleasure to meet you.

My sister-in-law and I bought a new battery and Michael.K was nice enough to install the new battery after hooking up the machine that told us we needed a new battery thank you Michael K for your professionalism

I needed to have my battery tested and Brittany and Deb went over and beyond to help me. My terminals were corroded and they cleaned them off and gave me advice on fixing the problem. They were both very pleasant, very knowledgeable, and took their time helping me. Considering how hot it is outside, they could have just tested the battery and called it a day, but they didn't and I really appreciate their help!

Advanced auto usually has what I need and for a good price. I walk in knowing what I need, and I'm greeted by a younger gentleman that asks me if I need help finding anything. He was amazing. The cashier Deborah was one of the rudest people. I get it, it's an auto parts store, but come on. First thing she does before I even get to the counter while I'm finding my product is to tell this gentleman that he didn't greet either customer in the store (myself and another) in which he definitely did, and then tells him that they need to be watching us. So already she's audibly treating me like I'm stealing and reprimanding this poor employee that did nothing wrong. …
