I came in to get new wiper blades for my Kia and Brittany helped me out and even installed them for me. Amazing customer service! She needs a raise!

Great store, great employees! Always friendly and eager to help, and not afraid to ask another associate or make a call to the manufacturer, if they aren't sure about something... I hate knowledgeable fakers that will claim it's the right part, leaving you wasting your time and energy when you later find they had no clue and just sold you something! I have had this happen far to often at other stores, but this particular location has great work ethic! CHEERS! HERE'S TO YOU FOR HAVING SUCH A FANTASTIC TEAM! It's much appreciated!

So it was fast in and out which is good but this store off of Edgewood Ave and commonwealth in Jacksonville should work on customer experience. Directly next to the front entrance was Bruce and Will (names on their employee shirts) smoking a blunt. It's fine if they have their medical marijuana cards and do that in private but it doesn't really look good for the company in general. Go behind the store. Go out of view of public. Don't be directly next to the entrance, not even 3 feet from the door, playing puff puff pass. It's extremely unprofessional.

This place is the best I’ve been to and refuse to use anyone else. Bruce is so nice and also finds out what your needs r. Brittney runs this place great. If not one of them ask for Morgan he’s not gonna let you leave until he makes sure you have all your needs

It was fine, kind of sucks getting in and out of the parking lot since it is on a busy corner.
