Mavis Tires & Brakes

My daughter's tire had a nail in it and was leaking. Mavis got us in right away and fixed it within 15 minutes. There was also a chunk out of the sidewall on another tire. I asked the manager if we needed to replace it. They could have easily told me yes and made a sale. But they were honest and said it wasn't an issue and we still have good tread on the tires. Honest guys in car service. How refreshing!

My husband and I have used This Mavis for a very long time. Usually, it’s for his jeep compass, but today as I was leaving for work - A flat tire on my Chevy traverse revealed itself. By way of a nail - My day was now ruined. I called and spoke to Jimmy - the manager - And explained to him the situation, the time crunch I was under, And how stressful this was for me. Jimmy and his team pulled my car into the bay Quicker than I’ve ever seen, Did a beautiful patch in 10 minutes flat, And made me feel like the most important person they were going to see all day. This is why this Mavis is the only auto repair and tire shop that I’ll be Giving my business too. Jimmy and his team are fantastic. T…

Went in to have new tires put on, front end alignment, and oil change. A few days after picking up the car white smoke was coming out of my tail pipe. Had my husband look over the car, pulled the dip stick and oil was all the way up the dip stick and the car had the old oil filter. Had to drain my oil and 10+ quarts grained out of the car. My oil was never changed they just added oil to my car. Did not refresh any fluids. Brake fluid was low, washer fluid low, power steering fluid low. Absolutely disappointed with the service I received. I paid for something that never happened and had to fix it ourselves which cost us more money. Sad to be taken advantage of!

These people are amazing, I had a minor (major for me) inconvenience after running over a nail and getting a flat on the highway, they were recommended to me by my mother who uses them often, Cherlan made the entire thing such a strait forward and easy process with such an amazing professional attitude. this is a shop I will absolutely be coming back to in the future, and would absolutely recommend it to anything tire related.

The whole crew at this Mavis is absolutely amazing! They were all extremely kind, professional and most importantly they worked diligently to get me in and out in a timely manner. Sonny, Todd and the gentleman (whose name I did not get) who put the tires back on my trailer were top tier and they’ve helped Mavis gain a customer for life. I needed 4 tires for my 7x16 trailer and they had me in and out in under an hour plus they went the extra mile and outfitted each tire with a high pressure valve stem for added safety when they did not need to do so. 10/10 would recommend coming here for any and all vehicle related needs!
