Overall experience is very awful. Very rude staff, do not greet you at all. You could really see on their faces that they don't like their job and not happy doing it. Overheard them talking negatively about another customer. I suggest you find another place to get your car serviced. 😌😌😌

Charles was the best host ever. Mechanic was fast and my service was professional. I’m going to go there every time! Building was so clean and sanitize. If the facility is clean you can trust the service.

Took my car in for an issue and Pep Boys tried to tell me it was a broken instrument cluster and I’d need to replace the entire speedometer display—for $1,400. And that was before they added the labor charges. I asked questions, but they were vague, and worst of all, it took them days to even get back to me. I had to chase them down just to find out what was going on with my own car. Something felt off, so I got a second opinion. It was my ABS system. A completely different issue that cost less than half to fix. Once replaced, my car was back to normal like magic. Either their mechanics are incompetent or they were trying to scam me. Took my car here to be diagnosed on April 10th. I was told it needed a fuel pump. I told them I had just replaced it about two weeks prior and I doubted that was the issue. Took it to another shop and it just needed a fuel pump relay!!! This is the second time they have misdiagnosed one of my cars. At this point I have to blame myself for patronizing them! I won't be returning and if you want to avoid wasting money you should do the same.

This is from a while ago, in June of 23 I made an appointment 3 weeks out for new tires. I get there and there was a delay in receiving my tires, so I had to leave my car and come back the next day. Before I found a ride to take me to pick up my car, I called and the person who answered was rude. He told me he didn't know if my car was ready or when it would be ready, I needed to come up there and find out. That afternoon I went and picked up my car, and paid for my tires and warranty.
