I have used Firestone for multiple vehicles. My son brought his vehicle in for the air to be fixed. We were told it would be 233 for a line test we said ok, then they called back said he needed a hose so it would be 690, we said ok do it. The next day they never called to pick up the car so I called them and they stated they were getting me a new quote put together for a compressor. I came here for tires, alignment, oil change, coolant exchange with an appointment. Yet I was here for over 4.5 hours and people came after me with no appointment and got more work done. Yet they left before me. I was told the alignment was done yet my car pulls harder to the right. I got new tires that ride like wooden tires. Then I was lied to about the store not having the tires I wanted. When I got my car back the store was closing and I noticed the rough ride and the pull and there was nothing to be done. They locked the door behind me.

Mark was very friendly and asked a lot of questions to be sure of what I needed to fix my AC the right way. He was very professional in addressing my concerns and making me feel comfortable about my car. Joe, who I believe was my main mechanic, sent me off with an ice cold AC and peace of mind!!
