I came in for an alignment and sat in the waiting room the whole time, they had every opportunity to speak with me. They finished and I paid and THEN they told me I’d need to get my tie rods greased up and come back for another alignment because “greasing the tie rods would mean undoing the alignment” they just charged me $150 for. Why not tell me before hand? If you were an honest mechanic and told me I needed something done before doing the alignment, I’d be back but you screwed me out of a lot of time and $150. Thanks Nick, you actually suck. Please get rid of these employees that ensure customers won’t be back.

My tire pressure got pretty low and the gas station air pump wouldn’t inflate it. I came into the shop 10 minutes before closing, hoping for help. Brandon was very patient and helpful. He filled my tire so it was safe to drive on and scheduled me for an appointment the next day. Calvin was the technician who worked on my car, and both of them were respectful and a pleasure to interact with. I was able to go about my day without the stress I would have had otherwise. Their service made a big difference. Thank you!

Fantastic service and professionalism. They were ready for my vehicle at my appointment time and called me by name as I walked in the door. The work performed was perfect, as well as the detailed inspection report.

Evan, Brandon and Nick have been great! I didn't have the best luck with my former car and they did everything the could to help diagnose and fix the issue without costing me a fortune and then recently purchased a new car and picked up a nail causing it to lose air. They got me in and out with a replacement and told them I would be back for my regular maintenance! Great group of guys!

I had an amazing experience with Nick Marshall and his team. I drove from Orlando to Jacksonville to move a child into UNF when my truck alerted me to a low brake fluid condition. Without an appointment, Nick immediately took action and had my truck looked at and found the issue within minutes. He went above and beyond to get the part I needed to safely drive. He didn’t want to let me leave with a safety concern. I would 100% recommend Nick and his team, they truly care. 10 Stars!!
