Mavis Tires & Brakes

Worst place ever! First, called to see if they could install tires that I had already and a front end alignment, they said sure at 11 am. I was there at 11 am and it took over an hour to even get my truck in the shop. Multiple times I was told 30 minutes more! I can see that the tech working on my truck wasn't do anything with my truck and was working on other vehicles! Finally, at 4:30 PM (5 1/2 hours) I get my truck done and drive home. The next day, I start driving and my steering wheel is not straight and the front end is WAY OFF! So, as much as I did not want to go back, I did. Talked to the manager, dropped off the truck and was gone about an hour or so. Came back and truck hadn&#…

They are incredibly friendly and efficient. I visited without an appointment, and my car was ready in just 1.5 hours. I highly recommend their services, and they also offer discounts coupons on their website. I hope this helps!

Gentleman at the front desk should get a raise. Despite being absolutely swamped, he really took his time with me as a customer. I sat in the waiting room for several hours today (many shops are closed on Sundays) and he was welcoming and amicable to every guest. Friendly service seems hard to come by these days. I appreciated his professionalism.

Fantastic Service from Gary and His Team! I called ahead to ask about a nail in my tire, and Gary was incredibly kind and responsive. When I arrived, I was greeted with a smile and treated with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, the nail was too close to the edge to be patched, and I wasn’t ready to buy new tires just yet. Gary and his team went above and beyond—they put my spare on, checked my brakes, alignment, and oil, and got me back on the road at no charge! I truly appreciate their honesty and exceptional service. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend them 👌

The minute I went in and spoke to manager P. I knew it was my place to bring car to. They did not disappoint me. Everyone was very nice and BEST part. They were so great priced and on time job done. Great work guys. Keep it up. I will tell everyone. You will be swamped with people from today. I give them more than 10+. Love to you all Parvesh.
