Tire Kingdom

My appointment was @ 12; however, I arrived an hour and a half early. Mr. Davis, with such efficiency and professionalism took me early, provided a reasonable and acceptable price for tires, alignment and battery. I am elated with the services I received. Mr. Davis is a honest representation of the quotes displayed in the customer waiting area..."Let us help you", "Rely on us" and "We love our Customers". Period!!!

I had a fantastic experience thanks to Corey at Tire Kingdom! From the moment I walked in, Corey was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain my options clearly and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he went above and beyond to ensure my car was taken care of quickly and efficiently. It’s rare to find someone who combines great customer service with real expertise — Corey is that person. Highly recommend asking for him if you go in!

I noticed a muffling vibration sound for the past week. Today it got worse on my way to my Doctors visit. This place a 5 mins away from my doctors office so I decided why not give them a call and see if they can check it out. I spoke to Mr Davis on the phone he stated they were fully booked until 12pm in the afternoon. However after explaining my concerns he expressed compassion and understanding. I was able to get in and have it looked at right away for a 30.00$ inspection, no wait. Thank you Mr Davis! I appreciate your act of kindness today.

On this hot 94 degrees weather, I found myself with a back flat tire on the driver's side. Luckily, we had stopped when it was discovered that it was flat because we were on I 95 keeping up with the traffic. We arrived at our destination only to find that the tire was completely flat. Thanks to Carlos at Tire Kingdom that brighten my day by replacing tire in a timely manner and we arrived back home safely.

I've been coming here for years and can gladly confirm that the Tire Kingdom on 544 Skymarks Drive in Jacksonville is an excellent shop. In my experiences, they've always been honest, very knowledgeable, and work quickly even during difficult repairs and always call with status updates. Today, all I needed was tires. But my experience was the same as it has been for several years now; excellent. Mr. Davis and the shop crew were very helpful, professional and courteous getting my vehicle road ready once again. No hard sells, just factual and helpful when presenting options like alignment or insurance, etc. I'm a very thankful and happy customer.
