Guardian Collision

Paul and team have been doing a wonderful job at Guardian Collision on the southside of Jacksonville. As a recommended auto body shop for various premium brands they are always my go to for any body work and painting needs for my vehicles.

Had a wonderful experience getting my Rivian serviced for some warrant work. First off love having an authorized service center in Jacksonville which saves a 10hr back and forth ordeal to Orlando but also liked the fact that Paul and his team did an outstanding job addressing the factory recall issues within a day. The cherry on the top was them cleaning my vehicle upon delivery. Recommend all Rivian owners in NE FL to check with Guardian on your service needs.

I recently had my Rivian repaired by Guardian Collision following a motor vehicle accident. There were a few delays in getting our vehicle back but I was very happy with the quality of their work and would absolutely bring my vehicle back to them in the future. The owner Paul’s dedication to his company and customers is apparent and much appreciated. His staff is great too.

Paul, Katie, Natalie, and the whole crew have been amazing, and I wouldn’t trust our vehicles with anyone else! We met in December of last year, and they took really good care of us…now they are certified to fix structural damages on Teslas, and are about to take care of that for us as well. We are so grateful for their service, their friendliness, and all their efforts to make sure our vehicles are in the best shape possible.

Katie and Paul at Guardian did a fantastic job making sure my son’s SUV was driving perfectly when it left their facility. I am confident that the work done on his car at Guardian will help keep him safe on the roads. Katie was able to get me an appointment right away so I didn’t have to wait long. She and other members of the guardian team treated me like family while I was there, talking me through the problems on the car and explaining all the work being done on my son’s car in terms I could understand. Thank you so much Katie, Paul and the rest of the Guardian team!
