Smart PDR Paintless Dent Repair

6-months in and still VERY HAPPY! Smart PDR in Jacksonville is a one-of-a-kind, family-owned shop. The managing owner, Art was quick to provide a reasonable and fair quote (about one-third the price of the dealer recommended shops). Being an owner of high-end vehicles, I usually do not opt for the least expensive option. However, after seeing his work and putting a little extra trust in the outcome, I have been pleasantly surprised with all their work. My issues started with a delivery of a new MB Sprinter that completely missed quality control at the customizing shop. It had swirl marks and some rather large dents along the sides of the raised roof. A ceramic coating was also recommended …

So to start off this long story, I got hit on memorial day weekend. So that's a whole month of not getting the car repaired. I got quoted from body shops that it'll be between $800-900 not including the taillight replacement so the guesstimate will be $1000+ Fast forward to last weekend, my brother had found SPDR through Google search and had an appointment with Art to get his dents removed. He had multiples. So we go drop it off at 10am and was ready at 3:30pm. I was amazed at how well Art and his other worker did their job on removing the dents off my brother's vehicle. I had 2 quotes done back on 6/28/21. One was at another competitor's location on Atlantic. Price seem fair and reasonable. I decided to stop by Smart PDR and despite the light sprinkle that day, Art was able to thoroughly look at the one major dent (pictured) and gave me a very good deal. Not only was the price reasonable, he also included other small dings on the right side and 2 more on my left side. He was able to fit me in same week on Friday if I decided to go with him. I took that chance because he was available and the fact that the reviews for his company were all 5 stars. He also assured me I won't pay unless I'm completely satisfied. I dropped off my car Friday morni…

I brought my ram 1500 from Texas to Florida it had hail damage. I got the pleasure to meet Art and Julia, this was the most pleasurable experience I had with the team. They assisted me from start to finish. It started from me stepping into the business letting me know the process, driving me to get rental and staying there until I was in the rental car. I got my truck looking brand new with no hail damage the time they told me it would be ready. Thank you so much smart person for being professional, friendly, and honest especially with my insurance. You guys rock.

Awesome place, quick and professional services. I would recommend them to anyone going forward. I know where to go to get any dents removed now, and this one was tricky
