Midas

I can’t say enough good things about Midas! They consistently go above and beyond, and they truly stand behind their work — especially their road hazard warranty, which gave me real peace of mind when I recently had an issue with one of my tires. No hassle, no runaround — just honest, reliable service. A special shoutout to Daniel, who made sure everything was done right. Even though my tires didn’t show much wear, he still had the oil change technician rotate them — just like the maintenance schedule recommends. That kind of thoroughness and attention to detail is hard to find these days. From the front desk to the garage, this team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares abou…

Daniel and Frankie are pretty great and honest guys. Had a severe tire imbalance and thought that was it. Came here to get the rotation and balance, only to find out the treads were starting to separate from the tires. Got all four tires replaced under warranty for a fraction of the cost that same day. Good workmanship, honest mechanics, and I’d recommend coming here.

Manager Daniel is the most honest caring worker I have ever had the pleasure to do business with in the industry, along with the rest of the team. They are focused on repeat customers rather than charging every dollar out of every customer that walks in the door. They are fast while still maintaining efficiency. I called last minute asking if they could get my vehicle in that day & they made it happen even with out an appointment. Daniel knew I needed my vehicle back that day & went above & beyond to make sure that happened all while doing everything he could to get me the best price at the same time. Even ubered me home & back when finished. This is the type of customer serv…

I haven't been in Jacksonville long but this is the best shop I've been to so far. From putting up with me calling time after time for updates and questions to walking me through what all is going on, Daniel and Shrek were professional and most of all real. Definitely my recommendation for anyone on the fence about going to a mechanic or shop.

I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am for Daniel and the ENTIRE Midas crew at the sunbeam location in Jacksonville. I was on a time crunch and needed to get my car on the road for a long distance trip ASAP. Daniel was knowledgeable and patient and worked with me in every way possible to get me taken care of. The prices are actually very reasonable compared to most places as well. But in addition to that, the customer service and the level of expertise and care was what really made my experience stand out. Thank you so much!!
