Midas

Brandon was spectacular! I took my car to Midas for a second opinion and Brandon saved me $2500 by explaining what work was necessary to fix my car and what work wasn’t really needed. He provided care and communication that I felt was above and beyond from beginning to end. I will be returning to this location from now on!

Definitely a great experience my vehicle needed service same day and Brandon helped me. As a courtesy he covered the cost for an uber so I wasn’t late to work. He helped me every step of the way. Now I’m happy back on the road. Definitely great customer service here!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Midas, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. especially Brandon He knew how to to provide me with everything that I needed in the most cost effective way. He made sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. One of the standout aspects of my visit was the quality of service. Every step was handled with care, and it was clear that the team genuinely values their customers. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. Another major highlight was the pricing…

Midas for the win! We get our Fleet serviced at the Lem Turner location and the staff has been nothing but great. Andrew and Brandon have understood the importance of keeping our fleet on the road to the point of staying late and coming in when they were otherwise closed to ensure we had our vehicles when we needed them. They have gone above and beyond and that goes a very long way with us. Highly recommend!! Thank you Andrew and Brandon!

They were absolutely amazing. We were traveling from Kentucky with a vehicle we just purchased 2 days before and the engine light came on. They were so friendly and tried to help us in every way. They made sure we got on our cruise and had our vehicle ready to go when we got back. Michael and Brandon were the best! I wish I could bring them back to Kentucky with us to open a shop close by.
