Crash Champions Collision Repair Mandarin

It was a journey getting our car fixed due to it being a 2025 model and parts were hard to come by. Kevin is an awesome customer representative. He communicated with me multiple times a week to keep me posted on the repair status. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service and repair skills. Madison was the best adjuster and routinely kept me informed and answered every question I had. Her manager Nico was equally as helpful and made sure I was completely satisfied. The detailing team did a fantastic job as well. My car looked brand new.

Julie was truly exceptional! From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure I was informed every step of the way. Her communication was flawless, she followed through on every promise, and consistently stayed ahead of everything without me having to ask. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and detail-oriented—Julie made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. As for my BMW, I’m honestly blown away of the quality of the work!
