Matt is MY NEW FRIEND!! I own a 2011 CLS 550 Mercedes-Benz that has only been serviced by Mercedes. However, during my last visit, I felt overpriced and vowed never to return. Consequently, I took my vehicle to Tire Kingdom, which proved to be a mistake. I required air struts for the driver's rear side, which they installed, but my car became unstable. After returning it to them, they claimed there were no issues, yet the problem persisted the following day. I can't say enough good things about this Firestone location. After taking my car to multiple shops—including the dealership—with no real resolution, this was the only place that accurately diagnosed and fixed the issue on multiple occasions. The team here is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and truly puts the customer's best interest first. They kept me informed every step of the way and made me feel confident that my car was in good hands. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, skilled automotive care!

I’ve been taking my car for all maintenance to this Firestone for the past year or so, and I’ve always had a great experience. The service itself is always super quick, and I never feel like I’m being misled to purchase additional services that are not necessary. The customer service has always been great, and the guys at the front are extremely helpful and make sure I receive the best care possible. I will continue to use this Firestone.

I have been to this Firestone several times now and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. This Saturday, I dropped my moms car off to get an alignment with no appointment. Staff welcomed me and said it would be taken care and they gave an estimated time. I got the call a little sooner than expected. They are awesome!!!!! One of the guys is an army veteran and he is great. I drive there to get my car service there from Tampa, well worth the drive.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this Firestone! From the moment my friend and I found ourselves stranded on the side of the road on our way back to Tampa, I was completely overwhelmed by the kindness, professionalism, and dedication of the team at this location.
