Mavis Tires & Brakes

Tires Plus tried to force a $50 inspection on an issue that I already collected all the diagnostic data for to determine the problem. Car needed a quick and simple ignition coil replacement. Went right around the corner to Mavis in Bartram. No run around. No selling me a full point inspection. No trying to keep it overnight. I was a walk in on a busy day. Mike was knowledgeable and even went out of his way to make the service cheaper after noticing that his system estimated an overpriced labor time & cost for my kind of vehicle. Got me in and out in about an hour and the car is purring again. I'll be back.

Great Service and Super Helpful! I had my tires fixed here, and the experience was excellent. The team was very professional, quick, and helpful throughout the whole process. They made sure everything was done right and explained what was needed clearly. I really appreciate their great customer service highly recommend them if you need tire work or anything else car-related!

One of the mechanics was extremely nice and accommodating when I pulled up, I was helped immediately. He came out to my car and took a look at the issue with me and truly tried to understand and fix it. He went above and beyond! His name was Chris. I know whoever reads this will probably already agree that he is a great asset to the company and they are very lucky to have him. I will continue to come back to this location and refer anybody who needs auto work here!

Cami. We had an urgent issue with our car, and this place went above and beyond to help us. The staff was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient. They explained everything clearly and got us back on the road in no time. We’re so grateful for their honesty and excellent service. Highly recommend to anyone in need of tire or auto repair!

Went back for AC issue - they charged me temporary fix for $166.59 So I gave them 5 stars maybe 4 months ago about AC but I have to take the stars out now. because they actually didn't fix my AC. ( I thought they did 😰) My AC is blowing warm air again after that last visit in May so I went there today ( 9/9/2024) and told them that I thought it was fixed. A man at front desk said “ your AC is maybe leaking. We are not the place to fix AC so call somewhere else” -they didn’t even check my car because the man said he already know the problem. So I paid $950 just for temporary fix for 4 months….. so I don’t think that’s affordable price. Is it fair price ? I don’t know… (Then I went bac…
