There good but they don't treat the workers right

Will never come to this location again although the closest this is the 2nd Time I’ve asked for assistance like I normally do at other locations and the female worker advised using the reader is something they give you to do yourself and they don’t. So I’ll drive to the other location who is helpful and any items I need to purchase I will there but this location is horrible customer service

The advance auto parts on Kings Road was awesome!! Rebecca was very nice and knowledgeable. She did an awesome job putting my battery in and testing.

Scott was incredibly knowledgeable, professional , and helpful. Helped me get my car back running on a very stressful and difficult day. Super impressed and appreciative.

***edit, I finally got a manager and he was familiar with my situation. He was more than accommodating and corrected the situation. Great service and helpful demeanor. Thanks again Scott. Only 1 employee staffed. He could not make a decision on brake warranty return. Told me I needed to come back when a manager was on duty. Been back 3 times in a week only to be told they don't have a manage…
