Advance Auto Parts

They have a great service friendly staff and very professional

I want to send a big " Thank you to Gordon "! He went above and beyond for me, helping with a car battery! Hospitality was on point, very professional! Thanks again!

I have been to this location several times as it is the hub for the area. And, although they have the most employees, the service is always mediocre. They seem inconvenienced. They look disorganized. Today, I stood waiting to pay as employees stood around. I saw one employee finally signal to another to ring me up. The employee did but seemed bothered. Did not say 'thank you' and tried to order me around as if he was doing me a favor. I try to avoid this location but often times they're the one that has the part as they are the hub for the area.

Advance have some good parts. The personal are honestly helpful comparatively to some different branches of this franchise.

I just want to take a moment and thank Steff Novell’s for helping me with my purchase. She was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. She made sure she explained everything clear and answered all my questions. I will return. 12/24/2024 11:06am
