Where do I begin with this horrific experience? Made an appointment online for two tires and an alignment, was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and how quick they could get me in. When I arrived for my appointment the two tires I ordered were not there and they tried to upsell me to another brand they had in stock for almost double the price. They then told me I would have to return the next day to get my work done. I had already took the time off work and had someone waiting on me in the parking lot to pick me up. After taking nearly 30 minutes I left and then returned the next day at 11 for my appointment. I dropped my car off and was told it should be ready around 2:30, perfect. Af…

They were so nice to my fiance and I! Quick service and even better quality of customer service! They didn’t even judge me for all 4 of my tires showing wire they just listened 🤣🤣🤣 Great Men that work there!!! 100% recommend this location!

Negatives: 1. I took my van in for an oil change because my oil was low. Guy at counter immediately told me I probably had an oil leak. No drips under the car AND I had an oil leak fixed on my van in January by someone else. 2. Guy at counter told me it was time to change my tires without looking at them. I bought them FROM TIRE OUTLET one year and 7 days ago. I do not drive it enough to need new ones nor does it sit long enough for inside wear on the tires to occur. 3. Drove in with a flat tire around 12:15 PM and I was told that it would take until about three to get two new tires put on. Then what baffled me is they’ve got hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of lifts and they don’t use them. They use floor jacks. No one was in a hurry by no means to get any work done.
