Tire Outlet

I bought 2 tires with the intention of replacing my 2 rear tires. When I went to pick up the car, I should have checked the tires while at the location but I didn’t. But when I got home, I checked the car and saw that they only replaced one tire. When I brought my car back, the employees were very nonchalant about the situation, as in they were not fazed by the fact that a mistake occurred. They checked the car out and the employee waved his hand at me and I had to ask what he needed and he just replied “keys”. Like he didn’t have it in him to form a full sentence. Thereafter, I waited in the lobby for my car and the employees start talking about my situation in front of me like I wasn’t th…

I can’t say enough good things about Tire Outlet on Beach Blvd in Jacksonville! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly accommodating and kind. Tabitha, the manager, was absolutely awesome — professional, friendly, and truly cared about helping me. The gentleman who repaired my tire (I wish I had caught his name) was equally amazing. To my surprise, they didn’t even charge me for the repair. It was one of the kindest gestures I’ve ever experienced, and it truly meant the world to me. Their generosity and customer-first attitude are rare and deeply appreciated. If you’re looking for a place to get new tires, brakes, or any kind of service — go here. I wholeheartedly recommend …

Overall the people there were very courteous and helpful. The young kids in the shop were very helpful and took extra care when handling my new rims. They really wanted to do a great job and it showed. I highly recommend these guys if you need quality work done. Thanks

I saw some negative reviews, but my experience was completely different. The owner was kind and honest — she helped fix my friend’s tire for free and made us feel truly welcome. Everyone’s situation may be different, but for us, this place earned our trust. We’ll be back for more services soon.

Terrible service. Took the vehicle there for alignment and they couldn’t perform the alignment because I needed some suspension work which I’ll get done, I am a Dealership and I USED TO bring my cars here and get charge about $70 ish per car and now they UPCHARGED to $140 saying my account wasn’t set up and before that it was curtesy price. Not only that, truck was professionally detailed before I took it here and they left a mess inside. Will not come back here.
