Tire Outlet

I took my car to Tire Outlet this past Saturday, because my check engine light was on and something was not feeling right about my car. Alexander greeted me at 8:00AM sharp and was super friendly and professional. He assured me that they would message me and keep in touch with what was going on. It only took a couple of hours and $255 to fix a part that needed to be replaced. After just spending $2100 to repair my AC last month, this was a sigh of relief for me!! Thank you all for your fast, affordable and professional service!! I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Made an appointment online but when I got to the store they had no record of an appointment. The guy said he would get my car in next and he did. Said it should take about 35 minutes for two tires to be replaced. It took them and hour and a half to get it done. On top of that my appointment made online gave me $25 off but since they didn’t have an appointment in their system I wasn’t able to save money. They also tried to sneak in a charge for protection against punctures and flats. He didn’t even tell me that was being added until I asked about the price. I usually use tire outlet but not sure I will anymore. If I do, I definitely won’t be going to this store.

This is a great place for affordable routine car maintenance. We are right around the corner from them and have had several cars serviced. Oil changes, alignments, brakes and tire rotations were all done quickly and at a good price. We most recently put four new tires on our daughter's Beetle and she was very pleased.

They are always super helpful. And I want to give them mad props for not charging me an "estrogen tax" . You ladies know what I mean. They don't speak to me like I'm a dumb female. They give me options and don't bully me into making a decision. I have nothing but good things to say about this company and the San Juan location specifically. Alexander and his techs have gone above and beyond to make sure I'm safe on the road. Thanks guys!

I have been coming here for years with several different vehicles and I can honestly say that I have NEVER had a bad experience! The folks here are courteous, polite and more importantly, extremely fair and honest! I highly recommend to everyone, give Tire Outlet a try, you will be extremely grateful and and completely satisfied with your experience!
