Made an appointment online but when I got to the store they had no record of an appointment. The guy said he would get my car in next and he did. Said it should take about 35 minutes for two tires to be replaced. It took them and hour and a half to get it done. This is a great place for affordable routine car maintenance. We are right around the corner from them and have had several cars serviced. Oil changes, alignments, brakes and tire rotations were all done quickly and at a good price. We most recently put four new tires on our daughter's Beetle and she was very pleased.

They are always super helpful. And I want to give them mad props for not charging me an "estrogen tax" . You ladies know what I mean. They don't speak to me like I'm a dumb female.
