Big Chief Tire

I had a fantastic experience with Big Chief Tire. I made an appointment ahead of time for new tires, and from the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, professional, and attentive. They explained everything clearly and went the extra mile to complete a multipoint inspection. They have great technology that provides pictures and lets you know exactly what is a priority and what can wait until the next service. The service was not only timely but also high quality. I truly appreciated how friendly and approachable everyone was; it made the whole process stress-free. It’s rare to find a business that combines professionalism with such genuine customer care, and Big Chief Tire has mastered…

Big Chief Tires exceeded my expectations! Their prices were just as affordable as Discount Tire, but they got me in for an appointment much faster. The team was super diligent—keeping me updated every step of the way, from confirming my tires were ordered to letting me know when they arrived and were ready to install. What really impressed me was the free detailed diagnostic they ran on my car. It gave me peace of mind knowing everything was in great shape and being taken care of. I had asked for my car to be done by 4 PM—it was ready by noon! Fast, friendly, and thorough. 10/10 recommend!

I have been using this location for new tires for over 30 years now before they offered other services! My daughter is now a client and we always receive the best service! Every question you have is always answered and explained in detail and delivered with kindness! Highly recommend this place especially if you want to be told the truth and not upsold on every little thing!

I've been coming to this location for over 15 years and through at least 5 different cars (even after I moved across town) because they have ALWAYS been reliable, honest, trustworthy, professional, friendly, and affordable. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Joelle, Robert, James, and the rest of the staff that I've interacted and worked with have always been amazing. It has been an absolute pleasure doing business with them over the years. I've trusted every vehicle I've owned since at least 2009 with them for every service they are able to offer, and I can't speak highly enough about them. Unfortunately, I'll be moving soon too far away to continue our rel…

I had a fantastic experience at Big Chief Tire! I came in for new tires and a wheel alignment, and the service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all my options without any pressure. My car feels like new—smooth, quiet, and perfectly aligned. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Big Chief Tire to anyone needing reliable, professional tire service. I’ll definitely be back for future maintenance!
