My repair was a big ticket and the team I worked with couldn’t have been better. Crystal and Charla were the ultimate professionals - I can’t say enough good things about these two ladies. Please give them a raise, they deserve it. My old classic looks and drives as it should, all thanks to this great team. I don’t know the names of the individuals who did the body work on my vehicle however, they deserve all the aforementioned accolades and raises as well. If you bring your vehicle here for service, rest assured they will not disappoint. My sincere thanks for everything!

I unfortunately had a collision with my g20 m340i. I selected Tom Bush collision as I wanted a shop that was familiar with BMWs (Tom Bush is also a certified BMW CCRC). I had a great experience working with Crystal and the Tom Bush Team throughout the entire process. Disregard any reviews complaining about how long the repairs take. Tom Bush follows OEM procedures/parts and that will require additional supplements with insurance. Highlights - Total process from drop off to pickup took about 6 weeks (a lot of the time was spent on insurance supplements). Paint match and blending is excellent. All new OEM parts. My experience at BMW Collision was very Professional and Friendly. Receptionists, Char was very pleasant and friendly. My Rep, Crystal was awesome in her evaluation of the damages to my 540i and providing and estimate to me on what repairs may cost. Crystal kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. My vehicle looked Excellent upon me picking it up from BMW Collision.

Absolutely wonderful! My car looks brand new like nothing ever happened. The service itself was exceptional, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. The only downside was the communication, as I had to keep checking in for updates. But honestly, Danny and the team did such an amazing job that it made up for it. So grateful for their hard work and care!
