My experience at BMW Collision was very Professional and Friendly. Receptionists, Char was very pleasant and friendly. My Rep, Crystal was awesome in her evaluation of the damages to my 540i and providing and estimate to me on what repairs may cost. Crystal kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. My vehicle looked Excellent upon me picking it up from BMW Collision.

Absolutely wonderful! My car looks brand new like nothing ever happened. The service itself was exceptional, and I’m so happy with how everything turned out. The only downside was the communication, as I had to keep checking in for updates. But honestly, Danny and the team did such an amazing job that it made up for it. So grateful for their hard work and care!
