If a zero-star rating were an option, that's what I'd give. My initial call informed me repairs would begin in two weeks, but after involving insurance, I was then quoted three and a half months. It's completely unreasonable to expect me to drive my car without a bumper for that long. That's simply outrageous.

Thank you to Brian and staff.it was difficult to e without my baby but it was in good hands. I received it back within the timeframe so I was very pleased. Joe’s is not only professional, it extremely nice. May I never have to return but life happens. Thanks to all involved . Five Star rating.

I just picked up my car from Joe Hudson Collision and want thank everyone there. They did an amazing job and highly recommend them if you ever get in an accident or need body work done. The manager Savannah was excellent in all aspects of customer service and her team did a phenomenal job in repair, paint , etc. My car looks beautiful and they matched the existing color perfectly. Repairs look great. Progress updates through the app were helpful. Work was completed earlier than promised. Upon pickup, my car was washed and interior looked detailed upon pickup. I was not expecting that at all - it was a nice surprise and completely appreciated.
