I came into their office this week and I was lucky enough to get lissandra to help me. She not only answered all my questions but she went out of her way to help me. I could not have been happier with their customer service.

Employees are rude on the phone. They interrupt and won’t let you explain. And then they blind transfer you to someone else and you get their voicemail. And no one will call you back. I’ve called three times over the last week and no one would call me back. Why doesn’t the city care about the poor experience that citizens have to suffer dealing with them?
