My driver called them last night at 7:38 to come out to the Flying J because his brakes were locked up. The mechanic "fixed" the line at 1:35 AM. My driver decided to stay and finish his 10 hour break. He went to leave this morning and brakes were locked up again. My driver tried calling them back and the owner tried calling twice. Whomever answered the phone told them both a dispatcher would be calling them back within 10-20 minutes. I have another company finishing up the work now. This morning at around 8:30 my semi started having an Air leak I called CES mobile Truck and trailer repair. I was quoted the late night call even though it is 8:30 in the morning and was told their regular price does not start until 9 AM. That is fine. That is understanding that is their rules. Here goes the rate as followed, $165 for the service call, and $135 to tell me what’s wrong with my truck, and all the expenses that will occur if needed. I am all in agreement with the rate.
