Jeepherder 4x4

I brought my Jeep Gladiator in yesterday for Jack at Jeepherders to install a leveling / 2" lift kit. Since I bought the Jeep used I did not realize that we did not have the proper lug nut key to remove the wheels, so Jack called around and drove down to Palm Coast to get one last night. By 9am this morning my Jeep was all done! Now, THAT is amazing service! Thanks, Jack! I'll be back!

I called Jack, let him know the problem. Next day, came in the morning to see if we could address the issue. Left with a brand new sensor and bearing. I am going to be very honest and unbiased when I say this, Jack is a really great guy. Not only does he get the job done right then and there, he is a very understanding, kind and has such an awesome personality. We were able to chat it up while he was working on my car in front of me. I know nothing about jeeps and was worried about being told the wrong thing and getting screwed over, but just at first sight I knew I was in good hands. His mechanic prowess allied to his ability to go above and beyond customer service cannot be matched! For months I had been having trouble with the Jeep. I changed the starter, the battery, and the alternator because it would not start. I spent an incredible amount of money trying to figure out what was going on with the Jeep. I've used Jeepherder several times and I've gotta say Jack is a stand up dude, he has always been straight forward with me. He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and very commutative. I had a number of problems with my Jeep and he talked to me every step of the way. He talked the process instead of "just throwing parts at it" he fixed it the right way something really hard to find these days. It's a Jeep so I'm sure I will have more problems and I will definitely be taking it back to Jack! If you want someone that knows his stuff definitely take it to Jeepherder 4x4!

Jack knows his stuff! Took my TJ in because the steering and suspension had gotten really bad. He had her diagnosed quickly and an estimate in my hands fast. Communication during the repair process was great, he sent photos and kept me in the loop the whole time. Solid work. Got my Jeep back and it feels like new.
