This place is amazing! From the front desk, to Joel, I cannot express how pleased I am with their kindness and service. I was an a fender bender this morning requiring paint repair on my front bumper and they took care of me immediately with no questions asked. I will be only recommending this location and collision company for any further car repair needs in the future. Cannot thank them enough!

I had an excellent experience working with Paolo—truly top tier! He was extremely professional throughout the entire process and did an outstanding job restoring my truck after the collision damage to the rear bumper. It looks like new again! Paolo went above and beyond by also assisting me with installing new shocks on the lift gate, which I greatly appreciated. He is not only skilled and detail-oriented, but also a kind and generous individual. Highly recommend his services!

The tire stop in the parking lot partially tore my bumper off. The insurance company recommended 3 companies and I chose Calibre on Atlantic Blvd. I’m glad I did. They made the process as easy and as fast as possible. The job was well done for which I’m thankful. Helen is very pleasant and kept the communication open. Oh, and they cleaned the car really well, inside and out, and even put air in the tires 😊 I highly recommend Calibre.

*Edit* The Regional Manager reached out to me to rectify the situation. He set me up with up with the Caliber at 10548 Atlantic Blvd. The team at that location did a better job. I would recommend that location. *I'm convinced half of the reviews are lies. Check out their Revoked BBB page. Also the "response from owner" means nothing. It's to make it seem as if they're trying to fix the situation.... they're not* The factory color of my car is Violet (but looks black in different lighting). I was rear ended and Caliber Collision was recommended by the insurance. I had read reviews, which were all good so it was a good choice. Devin and the staff were very professional and friendly. The staff was helpful with everything, even with the rental car return. The text communication through the entire process was excellent and kept me informed so I didn't have to question if or when my car was even being looked at or what stage of repair it was. That was really great! And they got my car done a day before the estimated return date at drop off. And the Scooby-mobile as I call her, is back in action.
