Off-Road Jacksonville

Needed a quick repair on short notice and Off-Road took good care of my vehicle. Excellent customer service, great communcation, timely service and overall pleasant experience. If your looking for a mechanic I recommend giving them a chance.

What Can I say, took my 2015 Jeep in after having a alignment at the tire shop and the tire shop said everything was good and then I drove it, was worse. So I went to Off-Road Jacksonville. Talked to the owners and they showed all the problems they ordered the parts and got my jeep running perfect. Don't waste your time or money on anyone else, take it to Off-Road and get it done right the first time. Young guns with that old school feel!

These guys are amazing at what they do. I went in with a death wobble in my vehicle (it’s a jeep thing lol) and they were able to find the issue and resolve it. Quick, easy, and fair pricing. I also had them buy and install a new set of tires. I moved 3 hours away and I refuse to let anyone else touch my jeep, and that should tell you everything you need to know about how satisfied I am by off-road Jacksonville. 15/10

These guys are reliable and trustworthy. Any complicated issue that I’ve had with my truck they’ve fixed. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else besides them. They installed new brake pads, spacers, fixed my suspension, installed new rims and tires, trimmed, etc. these guys do it all and are good at it.

Total hidden gem on the Northside. Robert and Eddie are professional, courteous but most importantly they know what they are doing and they do it well. Brought my F150 to get a 2.5" leveling kit installed, resonator delete and a set of 33" tires slapped on and could not be more pleased. Safe to assume I will not be going anywhere else for my truck build needs! Quality work with very reasonable pricing is a win-win! Highly recommend!
