Be careful of deceptive upselling. They suggested/stated I needed new tires, I got my tires replaced 3 months ago and had an appointment for a tire rotation at Costco after my oil change with RPM, three separate mechanics told me the tires were absolutely fine and there was 0 reason RPM should have recommended all my tires be replaced.

Absolutely amazing experience. I went here instead of pepboys because I got hung up on and it’s clear I made the right choice. These guys were honest with me about my vehicle and clear about what I needed to make sure that my vehicle was safe for the road. Big thanks to these 2 gentlemen.

I had a great experience at this location today. William helped me with the issue that I had with my vehicle, and did it in a very quick manner. He was able to squeeze me in without an appointment and get me back on the road.

I took my truck there to have it put on the machine to do a diagnostic check for the transmission and one for the heater coil. However after a week not hearing from them, I went by there to find out that they wrecked my truck truck and did not tell me. I was told that I would be contacted etc for the truck. As of today my truck is still there and they claim that I have to deal with it on claims.
