me & my husband have dealt with this dealer, purchased a used Tacoma, had it serviced there only.since receiving that truck, we've had excellent service in every way. We hope to continue with them...very satisfied customer

Visited the Service Center yesterday. They were very organized and professional.

I was not pleased with my visit. 2 weeks prior, I set 11am appointment. My car did not get looked at until 12:37. Of course, they came back with a laundry list of items needing attention. $1500 worth. Half of those items were done 2 months prior at another location. I hate working with Keith Pierson Toyota. Every time I have tried to work with them it is a major PITA and they are continually unhelpful and useless, particularly their manager Bo. I will go out of my way to never do business with Kieth Pierson at all costs.

Waited in line for 20 minutes for them to confirm my appointment. My brake pads were worn, got a price and agreed to it. NBD I figured it was time. Then when I went to check out they said they forgot to tell me about shop fees. It added another 30 on to the tab. Typical sleepy florida dealership tricks.
