Had my vehicle for 3 days after telling me to bring it in on a certain day and would have some feedback by end of day, never looked at it just let it sit there for 3 days with no communication about not being able to diagnose it. Nothing was fixed or even diagnosed. Cost $200 for rental car and time away from work and just my time in general dealing with the process. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional and horrible communication. As you can imagine, I would not recommend this place for obvious reasons. Never ceases to amaze me how businesses like this just don’t care about customer service or their customers. Welcome to 2025!

Probably the best small shop I've been to honestly. They provided a cheap cost, quality repair and their customer service was impeccable. The two employees that assisted me were very forthright in bringing it back if the job wasn't 100 percent complete. Definitely give them your business.

Stellar, stellar, stellar. They really helped me out figuring out what was wrong with my 2015 Kia Soul. They were honest, relatable, human and didn't give me any kind of run around. I came from the kia dealership on atlantic. They told me I needed a new engine and converter and quoted my 7,000. I was told by my friend Tyler Hall to take my car here and I couldn't be more thankful for the suggestion. I had a very good experience at Bridges. The staff was very kind, funny, and helpful. They brought out the part that broke to explain to me what happened when my car needed its repair and what they did to fix it. I will definitely use them in the future.

I own the European shop up the road from Bridges. Anytime I have a client with a non euro car I refer them to Corey. He always cares for my clients in a very professional manner. This is a great family own operation.
