The center is run by one guy now (according to him). I dropped off my car at 0750 for an oil change ONLY and he said it would be done in a few hours based on his current business for the day. I said great, I will pick up at 1600. I call at 1550 and ask for the status on my car. He says he'll be done in 20 minutes (this tells me he hasn't touched my car all day and I just reminded him). I arrive at 1600 and he finishes at 1630 and rings me up. I ask him why it took so long - I was expecting to pick up at 1600. He said it only took him "a little longer" and made excuses about the car before mine having more issues than expected. He said he always gets the cars done by the …

The owner/contractor is a straight up guy who gave me a good deal on replacing my headlight assembly. He kept me informed and delivered quality work. Thanks!

If 0 stars was possible that’s what they would get. The female there is the most unprofessional person I ever met in my life, they close like 3 hours early everyday. I needed my car on Thursday 30 so I could go on leave. I went and told them I’d be back, but they were closed at 2:00pm when I went back. That is false advertising because website said 5:00pm!!! That’s 3 whole hours. There decision to be inconsiderate of there customers just cost me time I could’ve spent with family I haven’t seen in forever. Now I have to wait 4 days just to get my car. Never will I ever go here nor recommend them.

The alternator went out on our 2011 Equinox and Jerry was able to get us up and running in just a few days, even working late to make sure we could get to an appointment on time. Excellent customer service!

Great for the DIY’er. Knowledgeable staff is helpful as well. Just wish we could work on our cars 7 days a week!
