Chuck helped me out, he was so incredibly kind and checked and changed my battery after I had a complete breakdown when it didn’t start and had to get jumped. It’s been a heck of a month but he was so kind and helped me quickly and efficiently he also changed my wiper blades and wished me the best before sending me on my way!! I can’t thank him enough! Everywhere needs someone as kind and helpful as him!

Very pleased with the service my college aged daughter received from this location yesterday. I live in GA and my 17 year old daughter is away from home in her 1st semester at college. Her car died and I thought it was a battery issue. I called this location and the gentleman I spoke too was very friendly. I explained the situation and he assured me if she could get the car to them they would run diagnostics on the battery for free and try to get her up and running as soon as possible (vs Firestone who assesses a charge to check the battery).
