Frank Sakr is a total gem! Not only did I get a great price on a used transmission, Frank went above and beyond in every way to help me out when I had some problems with a shop that was supposed to install the transmission but did nothing. He even got my warranty extended to when my transmission was actually installed, instead of when it was ordered. He was empathetic to my financial situation and problems. He never minded the numerous calls I had to make to him. I never had a vendor who went so far out of the way to help me. I'd recommend ETA to anyone looking for a transmission or engine. In October of 2020 I attempted to place an order for a completely remanufactured engine for my 2011 Ford pickup truck. I was contacted by Aaron Hill who sent me false quotes indicating the motor I needed was in stock. Afterwards he contacted me again and asked if I would be willing to send in my destroyed engine as the basis of a new one. He told me if I agreed core fees would be waived and I would be required to pay $100 to have my engine picked up. He assured me a company named AER manufacturing would handle my engine and that they were licensed by Ford to do so and I should have no worries.
