Porsche Jacksonville Service Center

Our experience at Porsche Jacksonville was exceptional. Our Service Advisor, Yara was professional and engaged. The repair was completed in a timely manner and we were advised of progress and process. The facility is attractive and inviting. In all, 5 Stars!

Their service is phenomenal. Great people and the place is so clean you can eat off the floor. Great vehicle brand, even greater service facility!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had another outstanding experience at Porsche Jacksonville. This dealership consistently delivers a truly satisfying experience across the board. What makes it stand out is that each department—service, parts, and sales—is not only excellent, but uniquely professional and attentive in its own way. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been knowledgeable, courteous, and committed to making each visit a positive one. Porsche Jacksonville sets the standard for what a premium dealership experience should be. Highly recommended! - James & Mercedes

Consistently excellent. Jennifer is a very knowledgeable, professional and represents Porsche quite well. Easy to work with and flexible. Although this was a routine service, I told her about a rattle on the front driver door or left side of the dash. She asked the service folks to check it out. Turned out to be a specialty hex tool that had come loose or out of its holder. Fixed quickly and still got the service done in the time frame she quoted. No more noise!👍👍👍

Great first service at Porsche Jax. Awesome facility! Very fast, convenient and well handled by Marguerite! Answered all of my questions and took care of the standard 10K service. If this excellent customer service is any indication, I’ll be doing all of my maintenance here! Thanks!
