Customer care is always superb at O’Reillys. I brought my car in today to have a bulb replaced. Manny came out, replaced the bulb, five minutes it was done. Thank you Manny.

I went in for a new battery because Valvoline said mine was gonna be dead soon and thankfully here they offered to test my battery and make sure my alternator was working to recharge the battery before even trying to sell me anything because my battery is fine it just needed to recharge

Someone broke the mirror on my 06 truck. Nobody had it in stock but these guys were able to get one delivered to the store in a couple of hours! So thankful they were able to help me

Service is dodgy, overheard one of the employees (old white guy with glasses around 5’10) bad mouthing me for returning a product. Glad I didn’t get to work with him but regardless the person I worked with was trying to argue about the tool being used when im wondering how you wouldn’t know if a tool works or not without using it?
