Coggin collision center of Arlington is one of probably the best places that you can take your vehicle for service to be done. They have excellent customer service and the work that they did to my vehicle shows that they actually care about what they’re doing and the service is guaranteed for a lifetime afterwards you can’t beat this. This was a complete win. I’m glad that I used their service. It doesn’t look like anything happened to my vehicle and that’s what you want when you go to a collision center.

Coggin was amazing at handling my repairs after being rear-ended. The customer service is lovely, Lisa was extremely communicative throughout the process. 10/10 recommend

I’d give Coggin Nissan Collision Center, 704 Mill Creek Road, 10 stars if I could! Fantastic customer service and workmanship!! I had a small dent in my fender so I went there to get an estimate. Kelly handled the estimate, very professional. She thought they might be able to fix the dent right then. So she took my car back to Daryl and he fixed it on the spot!! It looks like it never happened and we were in/out in less than one hour!! And, they did the work for FREE!! It truly was a small fix and of course I left a tip for Daryl. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

They worked with me to understand how to deal with the insurance claim from being hit. I am so glad I chose them instead of who the insurance company suggested. I didn’t pay anything out of pocket for the repair and my car drives like new!

After 4 weeks of having my car the work is still not complete. They replace my fog lights and they do not work, I just found out today that the alignment was not complete on my car which was included in my estimate. Why it wasn’t done is the question. I took a picture of my mileage when I dropped the car off. When I went to pick it up it was only .7 miles added on.
