Kelly Inspections

Could not be more impressed with Jason and his inspection. Thorough, dedicated, friendly and educational. Truly a rockstar and will be using him and his service again in the future and highly recommend him to all!

Jason was great to work with. He was professional, thorough, and quick to deliver a detailed report. He made the inspection process easy to understand and gave me confidence in our purchase. Highly recommend!

Jason communicated when he would arrive and he was on time for the appointment. He explained what he would be doing and he completed a thorough and professional inspection. He said I would have the report the following day and I did. I would highly recommend him. He is a very competent inspector and is very personable to deal with.

Jason did a pre-purchase inspection on a condo we had under contract and did an excellent job. He was very prompt, efficient, and professional. He was complete and thorough—even climbing on the roof to inspect the HVAC compressor. After the inspection he went over the entire report and discussed with me and my realtor suggestions for how to prioritize needed repairs and appropriate solutions. He sent me an email copy of the report the next day, which was very organized and color-coded, complete with photos and included his contact information if I had any questions. I highly recommend Jason with Kelly Inspections!

Jason did a fantastic job with our inspection; he is very detailed and thorough in his work. He made sure that we didn't have any questions about any of the things he found on the report and was very detailed in laying the report out for the builder as well. The whole process from beginning to end was very easy with setting up payment and the agreements. I'm not too familiar with inspection pricing; but the price seemed to be in line with industry standards from what I understand, and the work he does is above industry standard. Next time we buy a home, he will definitely be on the top of our list!
