Southern Brothers Inspections

Jonathan from Southern Brothers Inspection was great! We did a pre-closing inspection with this company. He was so detailed and was taking his time to make sure everything is checked and covered. We saw the report on the same day and forwarded it to our builder, so they can address everything. Thank you very much!

The entire process from scheduling to the appointment and answering questions was completed with excellent customer service. In addition, Alex, the inspector was extremely professional and helpful. He came in and completed the inspection and returned it in a timely manner and answered all questions and concerns regarding the report.

Wonderful! I believe Southern Brothers found things that others may not have! Great communication and really easy to read report! I would ONLY use this company for m inspection needs. From the scheduling to the inspection to the re-inspection to the office team.. they did a great job all around!

I recently hired Southern Brothers for a home inspection, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, their team was incredibly professional and thorough. They took the time to carefully examine every detail of the property, providing a comprehensive report with clear explanations and photos. The inspector was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without hesitation. Best of all, their pricing was very reasonable—great value for the level of service they provided. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for an honest, reliable, and affordable home inspection!

Great company to work with! Got my home inspection scheduled quickly. And the inspector took the time to show and discuss with me issues he was going to put in the report. The report came quickly and was extremely thorough, full of photographs documenting the condition of the house. I will definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!
