I’m not sure where to start. It started November, December timeframe. Gerry came out to the house gave me a quote, for a HVAC system and the installation of a new returns for the all rooms in the house. A written contract was sent via email. The contract was signed! Now, here we are in June, no work done, no phone call, no nothing! I was told in January a specific part was on back order. Folks, I haven’t heard one word from Gerry or the crew since January. Gerry , Eli and Jose took care of us today! We had to replace our upstairs unit. They were the most professional and polite young men I’ve encountered in a long time! They explained how to operate the new unit and explained in detail all the work they completed . Shook my hand and said to call them if we had any issues. Superior Heating and Cooling was there when we needed them! Call a few other places and was told it would be the next day at the earliest before they could get to us, but Superior was able to work us in and helped us get the heat going again. The Techs were very professional and explained everything about what had happened. Would recommend to anyone.

Everyone involved with Superior AC was very competent and respectful. My nephew Mike Fountain recommended Superior as he and the owner Jerry are business associates. Jerry’s company has installed many air conditioners for Mike Fountain’s electrical business. Eli came out first to assess the unit. He was very kind and informative.
