Gerry , Eli and Jose took care of us today! We had to replace our upstairs unit. They were the most professional and polite young men I’ve encountered in a long time! They explained how to operate the new unit and explained in detail all the work they completed . Shook my hand and said to call them if we had any issues. Superior Heating and Cooling was there when we needed them! Call a few other places and was told it would be the next day at the earliest before they could get to us, but Superior was able to work us in and helped us get the heat going again. The Techs were very professional and explained everything about what had happened. Would recommend to anyone.
