El Primo Auto & Tires

I went from a recommendation. Good customer service. Good reasonable prices

A friend of mine went here, only thing that was wrong was one of her tires, nothing else. They call her and tell her, her car is ready to come be picked up. When she gets there they end up telling her and showing her that her front windshield is cracked in half. How did that even happen? That crack was not there when she dropped it off. Meaning they had something to do with it being cracked. And they’re trying to tell her that she has to pay for it even tho she didn’t do it. They are very unprofessional.

This shop is a total scam. My sister brought her car in, and they broke her windshield while it was in their care. When we asked for the security footage to prove what happened, they suddenly refused and now claim she came in with it already broken — which is absolutely false. If they were in the right, they would have shown the footage with no issue. Instead, they’re dodging accountability and now have the nerve to block me after asking simple, reasonable questions. That’s a huge red flag. What are they hiding? My sister is active military, and this kind of dishonesty won’t be tolerated. We are taking this to legal court — because this isn’t just about a windshield. It’s about principles,…

This place is fantastic for your tire needs. I've gotten new tires, used tires and tire plugs. Very affordable and quick friendly service. Highly recommend

A quick trip after work for an emergency tire fixed. Big screw in the middle of my tread. They were able to patch it, took care of me immediately. There are plenty of guys working there. They were all very nice. I was in and out of there in probably 15 minutes. It was cheap to fix. They are open till 7 o’clock, and they mean it, unlike the tire shop down the road that was supposedly open till 7 o’clock, but had all the guys go home done for the day at six. Great work ethic. Really appreciate they were there for me in my moment of need. Will definitely go back next time I need any tire work, including new tires.
