M&M’s Tires & Auto repair

🚨WARNING 🚨 I purchased two tires from them. My vehicle started pulling to the left. I went to my mechanic thinking it was alignment. He told me it’s my right tire. I went back to the shop a week later and showed them how bad this tire was. Their “Mechanic” and I use that term loosely, told me it was a wheel alignment. I told them my mechanic had just done a wheel alignment three weeks ago with my new struts. There is no way that tire got that worn in one week. They told me they would’ve never sold the tire like that. They replaced the tire and I was thinking they we’re going to do an exchange. Instead, they charged me full price again. I would never ever recommend this place. I’ve been going…

Was acknowledged as soon as we pulled up. Found the new tire needed to be replaced. Price was very affordable. Service was quick.

These people are incompetent and liars. We agreed on a price of $100, after replacing the tires they said $130. When I came to them the next day and complained about the vibration, they told me that you didn't do anything for us. After a long argument, they said that my wheels were bad, but I went to another garage where they did a high-quality balancing, after which the vibration disappeared. After my last visit, my wheel started to deflate under strange circumstances, the very one they checked, and there was no screw or nail there, just a hole made with a sharp object. It's a shame that I wasted my time and money with these bad people.

In and out in 25 minutes! Great service! I drove in on a spare got the full sized tired patched and changed out without a hassle. Saved me a 45 minute drive across Jacksonville home to try and do it myself.

Went to this place about a month ago because my tire popped from hitting a pothole. Purchased a tire and they mounted it everything was going good until a few days in I noticed that I kept having to air up the tire. Turns out they sold me a “good almost new” tire with a plug in it and the plug was not put in properly and was leaking air. (Edited) Came back cause they said they can fix the issue, they ended up not being able to fix the issue, tried to fix it with 5 tire plugs and it was still leaking, after trying to fix it they said I can buy another tire from them. Very disappointed in this place!
